Can I have my artwork shipped to me?

Yes, we ship domestically & internationally. Shipping is calculated at checkout however, if you have trouble calculating your shipping cost, please contact for a quotation.

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping within Australia. International orders usually take around 3-4 weeks

 

Do you offer FREE local pickup from the Soulful Timber studio?

​

Yes! If you live in Adelaide, you have the option to organise pickup from the Soulful Timber studio in Kidman Park, SA.

 

Do you offer returns or refunds?

​

Unfortunately, we don’t offer any returns or refunds for our unique designs. If you are not satisfied with your piece, or if it arrives with any damages, please contact us to find a solution.

 

Can I get a custom art piece made?

​

Yes! We do create custom artwork & work with our clients to design & create an art piece that compliments their beautiful space.

We do require 50%, non-refundable deposit prior to designing, & the remaining amount to be paid after your artwork is completed.

What Payment options do you offer?

You can pay for artworks from our online shop using a credit card, paypal or Afterpay. For custom orders and local pickup, other payment arrangements can be offered.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

​

No. Due to the size & weight of our artwork, PO Boxes are not an option.
